A
free astrology chart forecasting the best time to break habits
The Best Tyme ...
The Best Time to ...
Change Habits
When you first attempt to change or quit a
habit, you find that bad habits are a lot easier to make than to break.
To give you an edge and beat the odds, begin the process when the moon
is in the 4th quarter, highlighted by yellow.
This will encourage the habit to come to an end naturally. Within
the 4th quarter, the moon in the signs of Virgo or Gemini will make the
process even easier. We've noted, with green
asterisks, when these signs occur. Because negative aspects can occur within
these otherwise favorable signs, we have noted only the times when you
should begin a program in order to avoid the negative aspects. It
is also important, if possible, to pick a day that is positive for
your sun sign. Refer to our page on
personal positive
days for this information. All United States continental time
zones are listed so you can choose the proper time zone for where you live.
If
you do not use Daylight Savings Time in your area, please subtract one
hour
from the times listed after March 11, 2007.
