     It is best to do any brewing during the 3rd or 4th quarters, preferably with the moon in the water signs:  Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces.  Can your fruits and vegetables or put up preserves and jelly when the moon is in either the 3rd or 4th quarters and in Cancer or Pisces. Cancer and Pisces appear in yellow but Scorpio, for brewing only, appears in green.  Because negative aspects can occur within these otherwise favorable signs, we have noted only  the best times to brew or can inorder to avoid the negative aspects.   All United States continental time zones are listed so you can choose the proper time zone for where you live. If you do not use Daylight Savings Time in your area, please subtract one hour from the times listed after March 11, 2007.
